The library provides the following facilities and services to its users :

•   Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC):
          This allows for search the documents available in Library by Author, Title, Subject, Class number, Accession Number,         Publisher and keywords etc.
•   Internet and Multimedia
•   Reprography (Xerox) at very nominal cost
•   Spiral and Comb Binding
•   Lamination
•   Newspaper Clipping
•   Publication of a monthly bulletin “Latest Arrival”, which furnishes the relevant bibliographical information to its users         about the documents added to the Library during a particular month.
•   Property Counter, for caring the luggage of users.
•   Filtered drinking Water
•   Air-conditioned and peaceful environment for study.

Circulation Section

Library has a rich collection of Books in different discipline like Engineering & Technology, Computer Science, Management Sciences, Basic Sciences, Hindi/English Fictions and Non-Fictions, Religious Books etc. A rare collection of Books related to Personality Development, Business Promotion, Biographies of well known persons and Sports etc. makes a separate section named Creative Section. All these collection are issued to the users for 7 days. Overdue charges are charged according to Library rules. CDs, DVDs and back issues of Magazines are also issued to the Users. Library has adopted open access system for Circulation of Books. Introduction of barcodes has helped to achieve maximum efficiency in providing accuracy, speed and reliability in issue and return procedure.

Reference cum Reading Hall

Reference Section of the Library has all the latest reference sources including Encyclopedias, dictionaries in different subjects, handbooks, Directories, Reference Books, Atlases, Engineering Standards, Holy Books Like Srimad Bhagwat Gita, Mahabharat, Ramayana, Quran, Bible etc.. The section is also used as a Reading Hall and at least one or two copies of each title is available in section. The user can avail 3 to 4 books at a time, only inside the hall. Reference Section is open for users from 9.00 am to 10.00 p.m. on all working days and from 9.00 am to 04.00 pm. on holidays. The reading Hall of the Library is fully air-conditioned and will have enough capacity to accommodate all users at a time.

Periodical Section

Library subscribes to many national and international periodicals.. At present Library has subscribed to many Periodicals and Newspapers in Print version. Further, nearly 800 Journals in various fields are available online through INDEST-AICTE Consortium and Springer Link. Back issues of subscribed print version periodicals and newspapers are kept as record and act as valuable source of information.

Book Bank Section

Through this section of the Library, users can loan the Books for whole semester at a very nominal cost. The books are issued on the users demand. The candidates belonging to SC/ST category can get the books at free of cost for a semester from this section.

Digital And Internet Section

On-Line Journals are accessible in this section. Using these modules the user can access to current as well as back issues of major International and National Journals on Science and technology, Allied Sciences etc.. The journals are accessible through internet. Library has a good collection of CDs, DVDs, Audio and Video cassettes on various topics of interest.

Virtual Lecture Hall

Have planned to set us a Virtual Lecture Hall. Through these section users can attend On -Line lectures worldwide and get valuable knowledge from distant places.

Technical Section

Library has a separate Technical Section for collection and logical organization of universe of knowledge.

Reading Room For Personal Books

Personal documents are not allowed to enter in Library, so for the convenience of the users, a separate section has been set up in Library premises for reading their personal Books, Newspapers, Notes etc.

Departmental Libraries

Besides Central Library, each department has their own Departmental Library also. Sufficient numbers of frequently used titles are made available in departmental libraries for ready reference.
