Universal Engineering College - Courses Offered

B-Tech – Electrical & Electronics Engineering

This is 4 year B.Tech programme, affiliated to Calicut University of Kerala and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The method of teaching in the School includes lecture, discussions, practical tutorials, course assignment, on the job training and project assignments. By the time student completes the 4 year programme, he / she will be fully equipped with the required theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the technical field of Electronics and Communication as the area of specialization.

The duration of the course shall be four academic years or eight semesters.

Students should secure not less than 75% of attendance in class and related coursework assignments in each course.

In this age of development in technology it is the electrical & electronics engineers who hold the key to development with horizon ranging from power generation to microprocessors. The department boasts of well equipped labs & a well qualified faculty. The department will endeavor in organizing regular field trips to various industries thus to give ample industrial exposure, thus integrating practical & theoretical knowledge.
